Secure Data Networks Ltd provides Maintenance and Support contracts not only for systems supplied by SDN but for those clients with systems supplied by others.

In this latter case, a Senior Maintenance Engineer will visit your premises to audit your system and discuss your requirements as to the level of service you require. A report will then be submitted to our commercial department who will prepare a quotation based on your requirements. This is a No Cost service.

Whilst Maintenance & Support contracts can be tailored to a client’s specific requirements, the following provides a table of common options for both general business to business clients and speciality market areas that have their own needs.
